Refund policy

At Best Electric Panels, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed electrical components
  • Products damaged due to improper installation
  • Change of mind / incorrect ordering by customer
  • Custom or special-order items

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share order number and issue details
  3. Provide photos/video of product if damaged/defective

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be sent via original payment method or bank transfer.
